The novaComcommunication interfaces of the EYI280 and EYI287 series are part ofthe EY3600family of systems. These interfaces take the form of function cards forthe EYU109and EYU108 racks and are used to integrate alien automation systemsinto Sauter'sEY3600 building management system. Depending on the system, the datatraffictravels via point-to-point connections or via a bus coupler to a bussystem.The EYI280 is available in various versions for integration to variousaliensystems (protocols). The EYI287 serves as a gateway card for the EY2400system.
