It provides the ability to monitor,optimise andcontrol HVAC installations. The field modules needed for theinstallation canbe connected directly to the automation station. There are a total of28 inputsand 10 outputs available. The integrated BACnet interface enables thenova230to be easily integrated into the open, standardised 'BACnet/IP'communicationprotocol based on Ethernet as per ENV 13321-1 and ISO 16484-5. It has,therefore, communication capability with novaNet and Ethernet and canbenetworked without any further provisions having to be made. The nova230alsohas an RS232 interface, which permits data to be exchanged with aliensystems.In total, it has 256 MFAs (machine fine addresses). Apart from acontrolslibrary, there are time- and calendar-dependent functions and afacility forrecording historical data etc. The unit is programmed/parameterisedusing a PCwith the CASE Suite software as per IEC 61131-3. The nova230is availablein various versions for integration to various alien systems (dataprotocols). Technical Description
