The electro-pneumatic signalconverters of the XEP series serve as a link between electronic andpneumaticcontrol units. They are, therefore, particularly suitable forcontrollingpneumatic drives in HVAC systems. Depending on the model, the e/pconvertersare available with or without electrical pre-amplifiers. Apart from theelectrical pre-amplifier, the XEP301 also has a p/e converter, whichenables itto convert pneumatic signals into electrical ones. This permitspneumaticstandard signals to be integrated on the automation level. Theconverterscomply with the EU's Directive on Pressure Equipment (97/23/EG Art.3.3).
