The VUD seriesprovides a wide range of through flanged valves of the PN6 pressureclass, withsizes from DN15 to DN100. These regulating valves are particularlysuitable forthe continuous control of cold or warm water or air. The valves withnominaldiameters of DN15 to DN50 contain no silicone grease. Suitable for usewiththese valves are the AVP242, AVP243 and AVP244 pneumatic actuators. Thevalvecharacteristic is equal-percentage. The valve body and seat are made ofgreycast iron. The spindle is of stainless steel and the plug is of brass(plugs ofsizes DN15 to DN50 have a Teflon ring reinforced with fibre glass). Astuffingbox with double O-ring guarantees the tightness of the seal at thespindle.
